We are a ministry school that exists to equip students through spiritual formation, biblical college education, and hands-on ministry training to help them discover their God-given design and be part of making Jesus’s name known.
Discover
At River Leadership Collective, our desire is to help students discover their God-given design by exploring different ministries and receiving a college education through our partnership with Southeastern University. We offer hands-on ministry experience through practicums as well as both ministry and non-ministry degrees. Wherever students feel called, we want to help them step into who God has created them to be.
Belong
A collective is defined as a community that collaborates and works together to achieve a common goal. We believe this is a good image of how the church operates, and we want students to know that they are part of a community with a common vision. None of us are the main character, and we work together to help advance God’s kingdom and make Jesus’s name known.
influence
We believe that it takes all of us (1 Corinthians 12:12), and that every student has a unique and important role to play in making Jesus’s name known. Our goal is to launch students confidently into their calling where they will have a positive influence in leading others to Jesus and advancing His kingdom.

Our heart is to help college students discover their God-given design, realize that they don’t have to do life alone, and that they have the power to have a positive influence on the world around them. Following Jesus brings us into a community with a common vision where we all have a part to play, and we are excited to help students step into who they are called to be!
